How will I receive my meal plan?
Delivery is included in your pricing!
Your meal plan will be delivered on Mondays for both the 2-day and 3-day plans. Monday and Wednesday for 5-day plan.
Delivery time will be between 4:00pm-8:00pm right to your doorstep with no contact necessary. You will receive a text message when your driver is 10-15 minutes from arriving.
Please indicate when ordering it this is a gift for someone who is nursing or has any dietary restrictions so that we know how to adjust the plan for them.
The menus change weekly. This is just a sample of what a meal plan might look like for the week.
