Orders + Shipping + Returns

We know you are excited to get your products - we are as equally excited for you to get them! It is our intent to get your orders out to you as quickly as possible.

As soon as the payment is accepted and the order is confirmed, it is immediately in process to be shipped. This unfortunately means NO changes can be made to your order once it is placed.

If for some reason, you need to change an address. You can attempt to email us right after your order at shop@natural-intentions.com. There is no guarantee we make the change, but will try our best to accommodate, if possible.
We want you to love our products. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase please reach out to us at shop@natural-intentions.com or use the form on the contact page to let us know the reason why.

Currently, we do not accept returns on our products, as they cannot be resold after purchase. We do offer partial refund in some circumstances. If you have further questions please reach out via email: shop@natural-intentions.com
If you have any problems with your order (not received, not what you were expecting, etc.) please contact us so that we can make it right. We truly want to please our customers and will always try our hardest to resolve any situations that come up.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at shop@natural-intentions.com so we are able to assist you and resolve the issue.

We will happily replace any damaged items, however, a photograph as proof of the damage/defect is required. If an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package and provide a photo of everything you received, as well as the packaging. With photographic proof, you do not need to go through the return process in order to receive a replacement.

Please keep in mind that the products you are buying are handmade and 100% natural so some variation from batch to batch is normal (slight changes in color for example). This does not have an effect on the product’s efficacy and are safe to use.

Once we receive the returned item(s), please allow 10 business days for the return to be processed. At this time, we are not able to refund orders/items that have not been marked as delivered to Natural Intentions. NOTE: We are not able to refund original shipping charges as these are paid directly to the carrier.
At this time, we are not able to provide returns on a purchase that was gifted to you. We can only process any refunds with the original purchaser.
We offer secure online ordering and accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Google Pay and PayPal.

Orders are subject to sales tax in the following states: Washington, Oregon, California, New York, Illinois, Connecticut, and Texas. These may change without notice depending on regulations.

All prices are in USD. Payment for international orders will be processed at the current exchange rate and will appear so on your bank statement.
All items ordered and paid for will ship within 1 business day unless otherwise noted in the product description.

Once shipped, please allow 5 business days for your order to arrive with standard shipping.

Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, P.O. boxes, and APO/FPO addresses will be shipped with USPS and may take up to 10 business days to arrive.

We are unable to ship to forwarding addresses. If an order is placed with a forwarding shipping address, the order may be canceled automatically by our system.

Free standard shipping is valid on US orders over $100 before tax and after discount.
