Returns/Exchanges on products


For Soul Ingredients & Aveda Products: You have 7 calendar days to exchange an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same

condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. There are no cash refunds. All items are exchange only. NO EXCEPTIONS.


Refunds for Services

At Natural Intentions Salon and Spa we strive to provide the highest quality service to our guests. If you should have any challenges with a service that was performed at Natural Intentions Salon we ask that you contact us to reserve a complimentary consultation with one of our hair experts so we can assess what challenges need to be addressed. Please review our Service Promise below to address any initial questions you may have:

  1. We reserve the right to request a FULL PAYMENT for microblading services in advance from any guest.
  2. There are NO refunds for any SERVICES performed.
  3. We stand behind our hair services, we will correct any challenges we have created with your color service within 7 days of the service. Protective styles such as braids, cornrows, twists or faux locs must be corrected within 48-72 hours. Cuts and natural styles such as thermals, wet sets, and twist outs must be assessed and corrected within 24-48 hours.

We can only guarantee our color services if the prescribed products are purchased through Natural Intentions Salon and Spa. Your services are an investment in you, please protect your investment to the best of your ability
