Organic Lavender & Red Raspberry Leaf

Made just for her…. Red Raspberry Leaf is thought to tone the muscles of your womb (uterus) so they work more efficiently when you're in labor. Reduces pain from menstrual cramps. It is also high in vitamins, minerals and antioxidant properties. Lavender reduces stress and anxiety which assists with relaxation and deeper sleep.

How to make: Bring spring water to boil add 1 teaspoon of loose tea, turn fire down to low and let simmer for 5 to 10 mins. If you like add raw honey or agave and enjoy!
