Since it can scavenge free radicals, rose tea is thought to improve menstrual health and reduce anxiety, pain, and inflammatory diseases. Chamomile and Lavender aid in releasing tension and helps you have an uninterrupted night of sleep.

Tea origin:

  • Rose Petals are imported from Pakistan
  • Chamomile & Lavender is imported from France

How to make: Bring spring water to boil add 1 teaspoon of loose tea, turn fire down to low and let simmer for 5 to 10 mins. If you like add raw honey or agave and enjoy!
